How we handle your data

Stay In Date collects the information you submit through forms on this site — enquiry details, contact information, and property context you choose to share — to respond to your enquiry, route quote and booking requests to relevant verified providers, and understand where demand exists. We do not sell personal data. Form submissions are transmitted to our workflow system and retained only as long as the purpose requires; you can request access to or deletion of your data via the contact page. This site uses no third-party advertising trackers, and its fonts and assets are self-hosted.

Content on Stay In Date is general information for UK landlords, not legal, financial or professional advice: statutory duties are summarised in plain English with care, but your obligations depend on your property, tenancy and nation, and the law changes — verify time-sensitive positions against official sources or take professional advice. Prices shown are guidance ranges, not quotes, except where a bookable manifest price is explicitly displayed. Certificates are issued by the registered professionals who perform the work, who are responsible for that work; Stay In Date's role is information, verification and coordination as described on the providers page.
